Steady As We Go: A 5 Week Live Stream Yoga and Embodied Wisdom Series As We Navigate These Time of Change
June 7th-July 5th Sunday's 4:30-6 pm

When times are unfamiliar and challenging I easily fall back into ways of being and patterns of thought that do not support my highest potential. We are more resilient than we are aware of and capable of learning, healing, growing, and evolving even in the middle of a global pandemic. Coming together to share time, story, and our practices ignites the strength and resiliency of the human spirit.
If you're looking to weave meaning and healing into your yoga practice while being supported by a group during your own journey as we all navigate these unprecedented times, then please join us!
This offering is suitable for All Levels. Participants will be sent Raphaela’s playlists for each class as well as complementary practices and reflection questions to carry you through the week.
Preparing The Vessel: Create space within the body and open up to the growing capacity we have within while focusing on opening the front, back, and sides of the body and reconnecting to the natural pulse of the breath. Opening and fortifying the vessel allows us to hold more space for ourselves, our families, and each other during this time.
Love Is Stronger Than Fear: Tapping into our radiant vulnerability and freeing tension in the upper back, shoulders, chest, and spiritual heart. Open up to a love that is hidden behind the veils of fear and unease and dive into it together...it’s in there waiting underneath the obstacles and stress
Steady Eye Of The Storm: In the midst of what is seemingly unpredictable and chaotic exists a still, present, focused, strong, and steady center. In this well rounded, full-bodied, potent sequence we will connect to the unwavering still point within and feel the power and magnitude of all that surrounds you.
Release The Unnecessary: Find balance and deep peace in this class by focusing on twists as they contain the innate ability to know what you need at any given moment. When feeling anxious and stressed, we will find decompression or when feeling sad, low, and frozen we will become elevated. The organs, glands, muscles, and tissues will be rinsed out so we can return to our balanced state.
Open Hips, Anchored Spirit: Often when uncertainty, chaos, and stress appear our bodies, emotions, and energy responds by becoming “lifted”. In this practice we will focus on the hips, low belly, back, and legs to align, open, and release resulting in a sense of grounded, secured ease in our nervous system, body, and daily lives.
The requested financial exchange is $108 for the series.
For those experiencing financial loss/restrictions at this time, there are partial scholarships 25% or 50% to better support your needs at this time. There are 2 full scholarships.
