Nectar Healing Arts ("Nectar," "we") is a women's embodiment studio. This page explains what we collect when you use nectarme.com, and how we treat it.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, and messages through our contact form, booking pages, and class registration.
- Payment details: processed by Wix Payments and the processor on that checkout. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
- Technical data: cookies and basic usage data that Wix and our site need in order to run, remember a session, and understand which pages are visited.

How we use it
We use this to register you for a course or session, answer your questions, send the emails you asked for, and keep the site working. We do not sell your information.

Where it lives
This site is hosted on Wix. Booking, forms, and email tools on the site are also Wix services. Their privacy practices apply alongside ours.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to radispandevi@gmail.com or use the Contact page. You can also unsubscribe from any mailing list using the link in those emails.

Content on this site - words, images, recordings, and course materials - belongs to Nectar Healing Arts unless we say otherwise. Please do not copy or resell it.

Accounts and bookings
When you enroll or book, the specific offering's page and checkout terms apply. Refunds and cancellations are in the Refunds section below.

Limitation
Nectar Healing Arts, Raphaela Fritz, and Chandler Fritz are not liable for outcomes that depend on your health, circumstances, or how you use the material. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Refunds & Cancellations

We hold space for you, and we ask the same in return. Here is how cancellations work.

Appointments (bodywork, private sessions, and other booked appointment times)
More than 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not arrive, the scheduled fee may be charged to the card held for the appointment. This matches the booking policy on our scheduling pages.

In-person Shakti Sessions
Because your spot is being held, we ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel.

Sovereign Pearl and other online or self-paced offerings
These are digital immersions with set cohort dates or instant access. If you need to withdraw, write to us before the start date (or as soon as you can) at radispandevi@gmail.com. We will respond personally. After a course has begun, or after self-paced access has been delivered, tuition is generally not refundable except where we are required to by law.
