28 Hour Reset Retreat

Feeling the need for a body, heart, & soul reset this summer? Wanting to reconnect with yourself, but dont have the time? We got you covered! While we all benefit greatly from longer retreats, these 1 night/2 day mini retreats are perfect to bridge the gap. Reconnect with yourself and others, recharge your body, sprit and mind. Enjoy a night away from the daily grind, with a luxurious sleep over vibe in our retreat house, 4 organic chef preprared meals, 2 yoga classes, meditation, nocuturnal sound bath, restorative and/or yoga nidra, Sunday morning 3 hour Shakti Sessions Workshop.

Cancellation Policy

We are so looking forward to working with you. This appointment time is being held for you. More than 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.
