Immerse yourself in this 3 night/4 day women's retreat 30 minutes from downtown Asheville yet feels as if your worlds away. Practice daily meditation, embodied movement, and yoga themed with elements of the rebirth that spring brings us. Ample time for journaling and contemplation coupled with group sharing, connection with other amazing women, and memories that will last a lifetime. Wood fire sauna, daily hikes and forest bathing and delicious organic meals. Surrounded by the majestic Appalachian mountains, our retreat house is one of a kind.

Cancellation Policy

We are so looking forward to working with you. This appointment time is being held for you. More than 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.
