a 4 day/3 night retreat of communion, relaxation, practice, and friendship.
As women of the modern world, we owe it to ourselves as well as to those we love and honor to step back, replenish our energies, ignite the fires of healing, and begin anew. What better time than in the firey, transformative heat of radiant Summer for us to reconnect with and embody the earth's, and our own cycles?​

We will gather at a one of a kind, just-being-born Nectar Retreat Center. Located only 30 minutes north of Asheville, yet feels worlds away, tucked into a truly magical slice of Western North Carolina wilderness.
What to Expect?
Each day we will practice yoga and meditation, nourish our bodies, connect, explore, reflect, and relax. This retreat offers ample space for self-renewal while also circling up with other women, to re-emerge inspired and energetic.
