TESTIMONIALS

Raphaela is an incredible teacher both physically and verbally, her stories, breath work and chanting will stick with me forever. Her ability to hold space for such a large group of women is potent. She adds the most beautiful small touches that make the retreat above and beyond what would be expected. I am profoundly grateful to Raphaela to bring me a spark of life, to teach me how to integrate her teachings into daily life and to bring me to a place of balance again.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience a retreat led by Raphaela. She is not only a gifted and experienced yoga teacher, she is also a talented and skilled facilitator, gracefully creating space that allows for deep nurturing, release, ease, and joy. Being able to participate in a long weekend of Raphaela led magic was the biggest treat of the season.

Raphaela is able to weave her skills to create a beautiful, safe, loving circle where we are all invited to grow, connect and support each other. I'm incredibly grateful for her ability to infuse yoga in to a whole-body and mind experience. So much deeper than a yoga or spiritual retreat.

It was such a magical unfolding. I loved strengthening connection and participating in ritual with others. The space was wonderful and your guidance was spectacular. This retreat was a wonderful unfolding and allowed plenty of time for integration and contemplation. Thoughtful and powerful ritual and mantra. Beautiful movement and supportive connections with other women.

This long weekend was the best investment in myself I’ve made in a long time. Yoga is truly a journey of the self, to the self, through the self. Raphaela is an incredible guide on this journey. My heart and head feel clearer than they have in years. My spirit has been renewed and I feel deeply connected to my true self again, allowing me to be steadfast and rooted as I shine my bright light out into the world. Thank you!

I loved everything about this retreat! The entire experience was amazing and I'm so glad I was able to share it with my daughter. That weekend will always and forever represent a very powerful and special time in my life, I learned so much and feel so inspired by Raphaela and her amazing abilities. The bonds between the women and the friendships I have made are solid and unbreakable. A big smile comes to my face every time I think about how we opened our hearts to each other and all the laughter we shared as we danced together while being held by the mountains, under the Appalachian moonlight.
